The fact that its method of learning software creates a much faster and easier way to master new software has been claimed by Software Menu Maps Ltd. (http://www.softwaremenumaps.com ). For new users, their method maps out the entire program.

The company expects, with the release of the new Microsoft operating system, to see an increase in business for their Vista tutorial. The map lays everything out in an easy to use format for people trying to learn the new operating system. Explained in a way that is easy for new users to understand all of the menus and sub menus are copied from the program itself. The company claims that with their help, any user can master the commands very quickly with this new operating system which is much more complex than Microsoft systems in the past.

The Vista tutorial is not the only thing that the company offers. They also have methods to teach users the most commonly used computer programs that are available. The company claims that, by using the program familiarization method, users can master any program.

The company creator, when he was attempting to explain a program to someone who could not understand, discovered the method. He went over the program for days with the student, and both he and the student got frustrated by the lack of progress. He eventually mapped out the program on paper for the student, and then realized that the student grasped it immediately. After reviewing the map of the menus and options the program had the student did not require any further instruction. That is when Software Menu Maps Ltd. was formed. The successful case study showed the creator that people could learn software quickly and easily if the software was explained in the correct way. He realized that the system worked for all software on the market, and he then went on to create menu maps for the most commonly used software available.
