Ascent Media Joins Forces With World Wrestling Entertainment

    Ascent Media, a provider of services to the media and entertainment industry, announced that it has completed agreements with World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. that expand the existing relationship between the two companies. With extensive experience in satellite earth station design and integration, Ascent offers you a total system solution partnership.

    Under the agreements, WWE is utilizing dedicated studio space at Ascent Media's Harbor Plaza facility
for the creation of wraparound elements that are included in WWE syndicated programming packages. In addition, Ascent Media is providing new HD-capable fiber optic links between the new studio space and the existing WWE studio in Harbor Plaza, and to the WWE technical facility elsewhere in Stamford.
