BancTec, a provider of advanced, high volume document and payment processing solutions, has signed a two year agreement with Netvantage, Inc. to provide support services for customers throughout the U.S. who have purchased or leased the FUJI FZ-5180 remittance processing system from Netvantage. Under its agreement with Netvantage, BancTec will provide Netvantage customers with service and support on the FUJI FZ-5180, including hardware installations, onsite support, preventive maintenance, and parts and supplies logistics.

While BancTec's support services can be provided for companies in any industry, Netvantage has a particularly strong customer base in financial services, insurance, and county and state government.
