Carp Data Service Introduces Innovative Data Analysis Software

Carp Data Service, LLC launches its premier data analysis software to provide small, medium, and large businesses an easy-to-use online tool to examine, visualize, and report on company data. A user of Carp Data's innovative application analyzes data by the likeness of taking a trip. Each trip into the data requires the user to choose a destination and a route to travel. The destinations and routes represent the specific elements in a company's data.

The software, Carp Data Journey, replaces complex concepts and jargon of typical Business Intelligence
installations with a simplified analogy of taking a journey as a way of data analysis. No longer does the expensive and often complicated world of analyzing data have to be the luxury of enormous corporate budgets. No longer are large staffs of number crunchers and technical personnel required.

Frank Podlaha, president and founder of Carp Data Service commented:  "Our goal is to introduce an entire segment of businesses
to the power of extracting useful information out of their company's raw data," says. "Business Intelligence software is a tremendous tool to analyze performance and recognize new opportunities. But let's face it; traditional BI tools are often left to the statisticians and data gurus of the largest corporations. One simple reason, the learning curve to use these tools takes way too much time."

"We customize the map of the data to each of our clients. The data trips are unique to each company, and to each user,
" says Frank Podlaha. Often called data-mining or business-intelligence, it is the ability to analyze company operations and performance, and the ability to recognize opportunities and advances. All this by examining and summarizing the raw data a company already produces on a daily basis.

"What sense does it make to create easy-to-use software
, but make it impossible to install and setup for the staff? We embrace simplicity in our products at Carp Data," says Frank Podlaha, "and that includes setting up and hosting the applications for our clients. All the end user needs to do is login and start using the software. We handle the rest."

But the innovations do not stop with a friendly user-interface.
Carp Data embraces the software-as-a-service model where the installation, hosting, and maintenance of applications are shielded from the clients. Businesses and organizations can sign up to test drive a full version of the software at Carp Data's website. There is a new age in the software industry where the days of feature bloated, monolithic, expensive desktop applications are over. Words like Web 2.0 and hosted services are now used to describe the next generation of software products designed to bring rich applications completely through a web browser.
