Cobra Electronics has revealed the launch of its new Internet Radio line. Cobra's bookshelf radio units, the CIR1000A and CIR2000A, offer a new way to enjoy online broadcasts, providing superior sound quality and access to a variety of global broadcasts. The products wirelessly stream the online listening, allowing the listeners to enjoy their favorite radio stations or podcasts free from the confines of their computer chair.

The CIR1000A and CIR2000A offer access to a growing network of more than 10,000 online radio stations around the world. The unit receives and plays streaming Internet radio utilizing built-in wireless technology and also supports MP3, WMA, and Real Media files via wireless network. This allows listeners to access their computer's entire music library.
