Ctek Inc, a manufacturer of wireless data communications equipment announced at CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment 2007 the addition of wireless development and integration kits, providing open access to the legendary SkyRouter platform. Ctek’s SkyRouter products provide a complete wireless data solution, ready to extend your IP network over the horizon economically and reliably.

    The 5100 and 5200 series each provide a cellular/PCS wireless WAN that is fully integrated with an embedded Linux operating system as well as a wide range of LAN interfaces. The 5100 series kits support the widely deployed Kyocera M200 CDMA radio, while the 5200 series supports the Sierra PCI Express Mini Card form factor with radio capabilities ranging from EV-DO Rev A to HSDPA to UMTS.

    Both series come complete with operating system, wireless routing application, and TCOPlus, Ctek's web-based administration, remote management, and detailed network logging. The kits are available with or without the radio module. The development kits are based on existing designs already approved for use with the largest CDMA carriers in North America as well as multiple regional carriers across the United States. SkyRouters are available with a wide range of LAN side interfaces and can be used to extend your network wirelessly and securely. All models operate on CDMA wireless networks at 800MHz and 1900MHz.
