The Duet service now includes, in addition to analog connections, PRI (Primary Rate Interface) and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) trunk interfaces. Duet provides customers with up to 24 phone lines and up to 1.5 Mbps of Internet access – all over a single T1 circuit. Regardless of connection type, the company charges a flat monthly fee per line, and includes unlimited local and long distance calling so that customers can easily predict their phone and Internet costs and budget accordingly.
Duet leverages MegaPath’s all-optical MPLS nationwide network for unmatched performance and reliability. The service is delivered over a private circuit, so that voice traffic never touches the Internet.
