While the terms of the deal were not disclosed, the sale of its product lifecycle management (PLM) division to Lawson Software, was confirmed today by Freeborders.Developed by Freeborders, the PLM software product, helps fashion manufacturing companies more quickly source the materials they need to move a product from design to production.
Freeborders' Chief Executive Officer, Jean Cholka, explained:
