The launch of its new website at http://www.thrustinteractive.com has been announced by an innovative game development studio, Thrust Interactive.

The site which is inspired by classic video games and iconic sci-fi, "is designed to evoke a game-like experience," explains Creative Director Jerry Koepp. He added: "We wanted to create something that wasn't common or traditional or expected. Something that would really get the user interested in what we do."

The Flash-based site is anchored by streamlined graphics and crisp, bold text. But an Asteroids-meets-Battlestar Galactica-themed motion graphics and animation and continually shifting color gradations in the background are the subtle nuances that give the site a refreshingly unique and clever edginess.

And, "the site provides a challenge," like any engaging online game, says Lukas Bradley, Presiden. He continued: "From a visual and interactive standpoint, it exhibits subtleties that a user might not find at first. With modern interactive experiences, the 'eureka' factor is extremely important, and it's these ancillary user 'achievements' that take the site from decent to unforgettable."
