GURU Inc. announced the release of a new product which monitors the reliability and performance of its clients' networks. GURU Guardian is a service which detects hardware and software events and alerts personnel accordingly. Its monitoring and reporting features minimize or prevent downtime and help optimize network performance.

Technology has become the backbone for a company's ability to compete and grow in their marketplace.
With applications such as email, office productivity suites, contact management software and line-of-business applications, businesses are capitalizing on these cornerstones to succeed in today's modern markets. Businesses now must be able to effectively and dependably share data across a company of ten people or a thousand, making their technology assets not only a part of their basic infrastructure, but an actual investment into the company's future.

"GURU Guardian represents a breakthrough in the use of advanced technologies to monitor activities on a network.
This product is further evidence of our dedication to managing and optimizing our clients' information technology infrastructure," said Jeffrey Cheng, GURU President and CEO. "It has already been deployed for our subscription customers and advanced versions will become available later in the first quarter."

GURU Guardian Tier Two will employ a network appliance that provides more comprehensive monitoring of network components
, finer granularity of detection, and nearly instantaneous alerts. Initial implementations of this advanced version have already begun with full production scheduled to begin shortly. As companies continue to increase their investments in technology, they often become trapped when identifying the value derived from those investments, and simply determining what their next step should be.

With today's technological complexities, the management of assets and personnel can easily diminish any company's
ability to perform, compete and control expenditures. When the value of technology is at best ambiguous to company executives and business owners, it should come as no surprise when they become suspicious and unsure when their IT costs keep rising with little or no return on investment.

As businesses today increasingly focus on capitalizing on their IT and network investments,
implementing new and improved technologies into their business infrastructure can be a daunting challenge, even for the most technologically advanced company. A deployment failure can carry a significant impact that can often threaten a company's viability in the marketplace. For this reason, more and more businesses are reaching out to strategic partners like GURU to help them successfully implement and manage their IT initiatives.

To address these issues objectively, GURU has become actively involved in the high-level IT management of multiple companies
throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We work alongside senior executives and business owners to ensure a maximized return on their technology dollar, as well as developing forward-thinking strategies to further embolden their endeavors into the marketplace. From acting CIO executives to IT Director roles, GURU is providing a deep pool of real-world and practical managerial talent to businesses and organizations at a fraction of the cost.
