The availability of its Spring 2008 release has been announced by the only proven provider of on-demand, integrated talent management software and services, Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. Cornerstone’s Spring 2008 release, currently available to all new and existing clients, is designed to help organizations of all sizes evolve their talent strategy with new certification functionality to drive up compliance rates, engage their workforce with strategic talent pooling and empower organizations with self-service tools for talent data management.
To identify critical roles and readiness for movement, organizations, with the Spring 2008 release, can run talent assessment and succession planning tasks on specific pools of employees. Using assessors outside of the strict managerial hierarchy – across the organization for real value, succession plans can be developed. With Cornerstone’s broad integrated talent management suite, this means that talent pools can be identified by choosing from a great diversity of succession, performance, learning, and workforce factors.
To improve the way that end users manage ongoing certifications and to bolster compliance reporting and analytics for managers, Cornerstone’s existing compliance and certification tools have been enhanced. Also new with the Spring 2008 release are self-service upload tools, which will provide clients with a great deal of flexibility in importing historical training and talent data.
President and CEO, Cornerstone OnDemand, Adam Miller, declared: “Cornerstone’s product development evolves from ongoing collaboration and dialogue with our clients.” He adds: “With this release, Cornerstone is taking client-tested, cutting-edge practices around talent pooling and succession management and making them available to all our subscribers.”
