Their partnership and technology integration has been announced today by a leading provider of wide area network (WAN) optimization solutions, Exinda Networks, and a leading provider of remote monitoring and management software, Level Platforms. Solution providers using Managed Workplace®, Level Platforms’ remote monitoring and management software, will now be able to remotely monitor Exinda’s WAN optimization appliances. This will allow solution providers to proactively manage their customers’ application performance.

The market for remote IT monitoring managed services, according to a Gartner report published in October, 2006 entitled “Forecast: Remote IT Monitoring and Management Services, Worldwide, 2005-2010,” is forecast to reach nearly US $36 billion within the next several years, for a compound annual growth rate of 32 percent from 2005 through 2010.
