The release of version 7.0 for IntelliTrack's suite of software products has been today announced by a leading developer of barcode, RFID and wireless software, IntelliTrack, Inc. Enhancements and improvements for all products include SQL Express & Access 2007 databases, concurrent user licensing, a new and improved user interface, Microsoft® VISTA compatibility, and support for the latest label printing and scanning hardware from leading manufacturers. version 7.0, in addition, includes added features for each individual application.
IntelliTrack offers two major software lines, Data Management Software (DMS), and Warehouse Management Software (WMS). Most of version 7.0's added features are found in IntelliTrack's DMS applications. DMS software includes efficient barcode and RFID tracking for Check In-Out, Fixed Assets, Stockroom, Inventory, and Package Track applications. Several of these applications include features such as reservations, maintenance and calibration, cost tracking, and asset/item ID receiving. Package Track now offers rapid delivery, and the ability to sort and send package information more efficiently.
DMS version 7.0, with the exception of Package Track, offers wireless ready capabilities for real time tracking. DMS programs, in addition, are now available in a cost effective Lite module. DMS Lite applications limit the number of items inventoried at one time and do not include wireless features. DMS Lite, designed as a lower cost solution for small inventories, is available for Inventory, Stockroom, Check In-Out, and Fixed Assets.
Including a lower cost batch application, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, and Picking Software (ISRP), WMS RF with wireless functionality, and WMS RF Professional for advanced warehousing features, IntelliTrack WMS comes in three cost effective versions. WMS RF Professional 7.0 now includes a zone picking function for advanced pick and putaway options in the warehouse. IntelliTrack is looking forward to continue developing additional features for WMS applications in the coming months.
