The ITSM division of BancTec held celebration of its fourth anniversary of providing service to the European market. BancTec offers a complete range of innovative technologies to capture and manage information across the enterprise. BancTec solutions and technologies simplify data-intensive operations by reducing complexities, obstacles and risks associated with payments processing, document and content processing and IT service management.
Since expanding its operations to Europe, BancTec's ITSM team has experienced year-over-year call volume growth of 68%, built its team to nearly 400 technicians and service support personnel, and established two call centers, four depot repair facilities and more than 300 parts stocking locations. BancTec's ITSM division provides comprehensive deployment and maintenance services on computers, servers, printers, peripherals and networks for original equipment manufacturers and information technology outsourcing service providers.
