Developer of leading edge information lifecycle management solutions, Tarmin Technologies Ltd., announces that it has appointed Karl A. Edwards to the position of Vice President of European Business Development and signals that it has completed key elements of its NOADS technology platform.

Encompassing 3rd party System Integrator relationships for Cable and Wireless's massive Public Sector and System Integrator Channel, Edwards, in his second decade of executive level capacity, was most recently responsible for overseeing Business Development across major contracts. Previous posts include senior positions at Energis (acquired by Cable and Wireless in Nov 2005) where he was Director of a massive, multi-million Pound marquee UK e-government initiative, the UK Government Secure Intranet project (GSi).
