Realserv, established in 2005 by Transaction First, LLC and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, and recently joined by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS (PAR), will provide additional integrated technology solutions and services to NCAR and PAR members and to the approximately 150,000 multi-state licensees of the Realfast forms system.
To support Realserv's customer service model, including messaging and call logs, workflow processing, regulatory and statutory compliance management, document management, product and service ordering, risk management, participant management, Transaction Manager provides a comprehensive range of critical features. The system's superb flexibility, scalability and ease-of-integration with a wide variety of other systems using Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) protocols make Transaction Manager the industry's premier transaction management solution.
