To track the progress of employees and manage the logistics of its extensive training program, the on-demand HR services company that combines transactional and strategic HR in one global solution, Sapien Software, announced today that a leading supplier of advanced semiconductor process equipment used to manufacture Integrated Circuits (or "IC's"), Mattson Technology, Inc., has selected Sapien Training Administration. The training solution will be implemented in the U.S. and Europe.
In addition to enabling employees to manage their own training by selecting training programs by schedule and competency level, to track the progress of employees and manage the logistics of training plans, Sapien Training Administration, offering a full suite of capabilities, will be use to store and track employee training progress. The system will also provide reminders on course scheduling and renewal needs.
“Traditionally, our relationships begin with HRMS or one of the more commonly required HCM modules before clients add on Training Administration”, Said Vice President of Sales for Sapien, James Boyko, noting that this new relationship with Mattson is the first to have begun with Training as the lead module. “We are delighted that Mattson recognized the terrific product we are able to offer in Training Administration and that we are beginning our relationship with the Company from this much needed solution”, adds Boyko.
