Naymz.com announces the launch of RepScore and Reputation Networking for professionals. Naymz develops and provides web based technologies that allow professionals to extend their real world reputations into the online world through a community centric experience. Users can also invite and connect their other contacts through the Naymz Contact Network like they do on Linkedin or Xing. The key difference being that the Naymz Contact Network is completely open and free - no introductions needed. The more contacts someone has in their network the more RepScore they attain. Any user can connect with or contact other reputable users within the community.

    The basic idea behind Naymz 2.0 is to allow users of the community the ability to establish and improve their online reputations, and there by doing so they will improve their online networking capabilities. For the user the goal is pretty straightforward: improve your online reputation and it's going to expand your business or career opportunities. Users can track all of the profile activity within their network as well as the web activities  of everyone in their network through RSS feeds. Furthermore, users can either give or receive comments and recommendations within their network.

    Naymz users still have all the same capabilities they previously had on Naymz - profile pages, organic and paid search engine placement, personal content and RSS feed aggregation, and reputation monitoring. However, Naymz has added community centric elements to the site that allow users more capabilities in managing their online reputations as well as networking with other professionals.

    Each user on Naymz is now assigned a RepScore, which is a confidence index that is assigned based on 3 levels of criteria: Community Verification, Profile Completeness, and Identity Verification. Naymz is a great way for professionals to establish and utilize their good name in the digital world."

    This score is intended to give users the opportunity to establish and improve their online credibility/trustworthiness. In addition, this also provides other members of the community a way to evaluate other users and their reputations.

    Two key components of RepScore are the user's Contact and Reference Networks. Users build their Reference Network with friends, colleagues, and/or classmates whom vouch for their reputations as well as the information that they claim about themselves on their profile. An individual's RepScore is not only dependant on the amount of references one has, but also on the RepScores of each reference.
