iolo technologies has announced today the immediate release of the 64-bit compatible version of its flagship product, System Mechanic. System Mechanic 8.5 is the first complete PC tune-up product compatible with 64-bit computers on the market, whose more than 40 tools have been automatically fixing and speeding up PCs since 1998 by 21 million people worldwide.
System Mechanic 8.5 now runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms, identifying automatically the target operating system type and installing appropriate components during setup. All currently licensed users of the software will also obtain an automatic update that enables them to use System Mechanic 8.5 or later on up to three 32 or 64-bit machines alike.
