The opening for subscriptions of their child safe, online, interactive prehistoric game was today announced by Dinosaur Junction. Children as young as preschool are clamoring these days for time to play on the family computer, and parents want the time their children spend on the computer to be both educational and entertaining. With the creation on their new computer game that teaches lessons about the prehistoric world in both a fun and safe environment, Dinosaur Junction has solved this dilemma.

Including a desert region, a river, a town and a mountain region, players can navigate through a child safe virtual world. There is a virtual museum, within the town, that contains a number of educational games and information. Players can read about digs and research that paleontologists are actively pursuing at this time, by clicking on the bookcase in the museum and then opening books. The Trivia Game will test a player's prehistoric knowledge and teach new and interesting facts.

With gems they have earned by playing both the educational games as well as the interactive just for fun games, players can buy clothes in the shop.

Dinosaur Junction is a family owned and operated site where child safety and age-appropriateness is of the highest priority. Online gaming is monitored, all company employees are prescreened and no personal information is displayed.

To register to play for free, players may go to http://www.dinosaurjunction.com , but the $5.95 monthly fee for a premium account allows the players access to new and exciting games, missions, and secrets. Within the online Parent's Corner system, parents will be able to monitor and manage their child's accounts. From the Parent's Corner, parents can view their child's whereabouts within the game, monitor their child's conversations, view their child's buddy list, and limit their play time daily. The Parent's Corner is also a convenient place for parents to view and change payment options and contact information.
