Xactly Corporation announced that Nimsoft, recognized by Inc. magazine as a Top 50 Fastest Growing Software Company, has implemented Xactly Incent Managed Service to power more effective and scalable sales compensation management. Xactly Incent Managed Service is a business process outsourcing service of Xactly's flagship on-demand Xactly Incent sales compensation management solution.

In using Xactly Incent Managed Service, the company gains an outsourced on-demand service for managing incentive
compensation, motivating profitable sales behaviors, and responding nimbly to changing market needs and corporate objectives. Xactly Incent Managed Service replaces Nimsoft's former manual, spreadsheet-based process for compensation management, which was cumbersome and subject to human error. In automating the process, Xactly Incent can increase efficiency, ensure accuracy and enable real-time, web-based visibility into commissions and attainments.

Xactly Incent Managed Service allows businesses to outsource a portion of or the complete compensation management function,
leveraging Xactly's on-demand technology and domain expertise as well as the knowledge of experienced compensation specialists. It provides businesses an affordable option for automating critical sales compensation management functions and leveraging incentive compensation to their competitive advantage.

"As part of Nimsoft's objective to have the world's leading sales organization, we are determined to deliver highly competitive
compensation packages that we can adjust according to market needs. By using Xactly to streamline the commission process for us, we will be able to continue to attract the highest quality sales professionals to meet the growing needs of our business," stated Mark Harris, chief financial officer, Nimsoft

Xactly Incent Managed Service will allow the company to be more responsive to supporting the business objectives.
The compensation process will now also be able to scale with Nimsoft's fast growth, while helping the finance and sales organizations plan for that growth both fiscally and organizationally. Along with Xactly Incent, Nimsoft will have access to Xactly Modeling, which extends the core functionality of Xactly Incent. With Xactly Modeling, Nimsoft sales and finance management can perform dry runs on plans, plan changes and special incentive programs to gauge their effectiveness; create sales organization change models to predict their impact on incentives and cash flow; and run sales forecast scenarios to get an accurate picture of commission expenses.

Jimmy Duan, Xactly vice president of client services pointed that "Fast-growing companies like Nimsoft
quickly discover the value of automating and outsourcing incentive compensation management to accelerate their business growth and improve process efficiency. Xactly Incent Managed Service enables these companies to focus on their core business processes, streamline and outsource their internal incentive compensation management processes and maximize the incentive investment to support their business objectives."
