Manual Invoice Capture- A fast-entry manual invoice capture interface to speed the input of paper-based invoices. This service was, previously, only available as an ETeleSolv managed service, but customers have now the option to enter paper invoices themselves. As long many smaller telecom vendors have yet to adopt electronic invoicing, the problem of paper invoices has not completely disappeared. No matter how the enterprise is invoiced, Introducing this module is allowing TeleManager to get 100% visibility on all telecom spending.
Cellular Optimization with Number Portability- Now with number portability being offered in the market, TeleManager has always been a leader in cellular optimization; the optimization engine has been updated to incorporate new market offerings as well as number portability.
New more flexible Charge-Back Module- This new module, compatible with your existing infrastructure, virtually eliminates processing errors and reduces manual labor and is XML, CSV and TXT file compatible. Additional flexibility has been added to accommodate new corporate charge back models including: End-User billing for telecom resellers, Client Billing for Legal firms, and internal mark-up for IT departments that need to redistribute telecom cost while adding internal administrative expenses.
Detailed Invoice / Contract Reconciliation Upgrade- Improvements to the existing invoice reconciliation engine where done to further examine the accuracy to a line detail level of all telecom charges. Including call details, and ensures that charges conform to the contract, the new process now automatically reviews the complete service contract parameters.
