The expansion of a strategic partnership with the release of ProspectConnect, an automated, end-to-end lead management solution has been announced today by a leading provider of on-demand call center and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions, Angel.com, and the leading provider of On-Demand InformationSM services for customer-facing businesses, TARGUSinfo. ProspectConnect combines On-Demand IdentificationSM services from TARGUSinfo, with Angel.com's suite of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and call center solutions.

The ProspectConnect solution begins by automatically capturing an incoming caller's phone number, then supplying a verified name and address. Companies using the solution provide their own artwork and, TARGUSinfo, offering an additional touch for nurturing prospects and increasing conversion rates, within 48 hours, sends a personalized direct mail piece to the prospect. Most companies only convert 30-40% of inbound prospect inquiries but ProspectConnect enables marketers to reach back out to the 60-70% who don't immediately convert.

To allow for effective prospect segmentation and targeting in subsequent marketing campaigns, the verified contact data from ProspectConnect can also be automatically populated into a CRM system. Companies following up with interested prospects through automated remarketing services from TARGUSinfo, in pilot tests, have produced a typical top-line ROI of 600-800%.

To help quantify campaign success, ProspectConnect, as an end-to-end lead management solution, includes detailed tracking and reporting capabilities, including inbound call tracking, contact data verification and direct mail campaign status reporting. By combining automated data capture and verification services with intelligent IVR capabilities, ProspectConnect allows for the deployment of rich solutions such as lead tracking by phone, phone-enabled salesforce automation and customer-centric support.

Most companies don't have the infrastructure or resources to rapidly follow up with prospects while their interest is still high. Studies have shown that interest typically wanes in the 14 days after an initial inquiry. ProspectConnect, by providing an automated, turnkey remarketing solution, allows companies to respond rapidly without adding extra resources.
