The successful completion of its beta test for Phonedex Corporate Identity Security Software has been announced by Intranet Data Resources Corporation (IDRC).Corporate Identity Software , Phonedex, protects company and employee contact information from being distributed to unauthorized parties. Companies are also provided by the software with a seamless means by which to revise, update and distribute critical company information.
Jason Whitely, Co-Founder, stated: "Over the past 12 months Phonedex has been installed with eight companies managing their corporate and employee contact information." He added: "Due to the success of these tests we have initiated a full launch of the software."
Eliminating the need to distribute hard copies of the directory, Phonedex allows companies to revise and distribute their company directory in real time.Whitley further added:
"Companies are able to update their corporate directories on the fly, ensuring the most accurate information is available." He continued: "In addition, Phonedex is intranet based removing the need to print and distribute directories in hard copy, not only saving thousands in printing cost, but also preventing the directory from being past along to executive recruiters and headhunters."
Whitley commented: "With the virtual workforce becoming the standard in more and more companies, the need to provide accurate company and employee contact information is critical in facilitating seamless intra-office communication."
