    Vista Support – PopChar has been completely rewritten and runs smoothly on Windows Vista.
    Streamlined User Interface - The PopChar character table has been completely re-designed and offers much faster access to frequently used features. A shortened font menu plus an extra font drawer offer quick access even to long font lists. The groups in the Unicode table can be collapsed. This gives you a better overview of characters of interest.
    Search for Characters by Name – The PopChar user interface now contains a quick search area in addition to its character selection table. Entering the name of a character in the quick search area temporarily filters out everything else from the character table. For example, to locate an arrow character, you simply enter “arrow” in the search area. Then just select the desired arrow to insert it into text.
    Optimized Character Selection – The PopChar window now contains an extra view displaying the most recently used characters, enabling you to locate and insert the most frequently used characters faster.
    Optimized Font Selection – The PopChar font menu now gives a concise overview of your frequently used fonts even when you have hundreds of fonts installed. When you need a font that does not appear in the font menu, you can open PopChar’s new font drawer that lists all available fonts.
