A number of new Web synchronization features designed to make life easier for both employees and customers are introduced by the newest version of ScheduleView scheduling software.
Employees like service technicians no longer have to call up the office and spend 15 minutes navigating voicemail to find out when they have appointments. They can access that information online with a few clicks, with the new appointment-scheduling software, as well as additional information like name, address and other appointment notes. Built-in mapping features help eliminate wasted travel time.
President of ScheduleView, Harry Selent, said: "The biggest improvement with the new version is convenience". "There's no point in wasting somebody's time on the phone when the questions you have could just as easily be answered with a few clicks of a mouse."
Research shows customers expect online convenience as well. A recent Harris Poll survey showed 71 percent of medical patients wanted to make appointment requests online.
Clinics can offer that convenience to their patients With the new version of ScheduleView appointment-scheduling software.Selent said: "Look at it from the patient's perspective". "They have to go through the whole process of calling the office, waiting on hold, or leaving voicemails. All they want to do is check to see when their appointment is, or see if they can schedule an appointment a few weeks ahead of time. That's such a tremendous time saver right there."
One user who's found ScheduleView's medical appointment-scheduling software a worthy investment is Steven Blackwood of the Healing Arts Center.
Blackwood said: "All totaled, I think ScheduleView is still a great product, and does what other products we have tried doesn't". "It does a great job translating what our good old paper book looked and felt like onto the screen. Plus it added great customer databases, mail merge abilities, and other (features) that are extremely useful."
