To automatically synchronize all layout assets for a production document that are loaded via "Drag & Drop", HELIOS WebShare Manager can be configured. A file will be downloaded by the remote WebShare Manager, As soon as is modified on the central server. Even the synchronization of files modified locally with the main server will be possible. Project related communication will be reduced to a large extent using HELIOS WebShare Manager for data synchronization and distribution.
