Pros:
amazing and often subtle width of functions

Active Directory Plus lets you list just about any property you want, including some that aren't even stored in Active
Directory, such as IP addresses of computers and effective group memberships.
By being able to list properties such as a group's members you can see in one view which groups are empty and can be deleted.

The Roll Back functionality is also very, very handy. You can roll back any change you make and return right back
to the original state of your AD.
On the downside - the GUI looks a bit outdated...
