An Oracle Certified Advantage Partner and leading integrator of Oracle applications, Lucidity Consulting Group, is pleased to announce that they have named as Principal responsible for its Customer Relationship Management practice, Rich Woll.From his role as Executive Vice President at eVerge Group where he led the company's CRM and Business Intelligence practice areas, successfully establishing and growing multinational professional service and software sales organizations during his past 20 years, Mr. Woll joins Lucidity.
Mr. Woll, in his nearly seven years there, led the development of the CRM practice from a small boutique to one of the largest independent Siebel consultancies in the US. Revenue and headcount grew by over 1,400 and 1,200 percent respectively furing Mr. Woll's tenure. Mr. Woll led, prior to eVerge Group, consulting operations for Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Siebel Systems, and Scopus Technologies.
