The appointment of industry leader Robert (Bob) Neeser as the company’s new CEO has been announced by COMPLETExRM announced, in a move to support its continuing expansion. With FranklinCovey in the development and on-demand delivery of PlanPlus™ Online, COMPLETExRM is the leading provider of Enterprise 2.0 CRM solutions for the SMB (small-to-medium-business) and technology partner.Neeser, prior to joining COMPLETExRM, was Vice President of Sales for a leading global publisher of CRM applications software, Sage Software, which created applications for a segment of the CRM industry that is prime for the 76% year over year growth in on-demand CRM according to IDC, the SMB market. Specializing most recently in North American sales and operations for SageCRM, SageCRM.com, ACT! and SalesLogix, Neeser brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and sales experience to COMPLETExRM.
Including two Inc.100 start-ups, Neeser, in addition to Sage Software, has filled senior management roles at a number of companies. Through his leadership and guidance, both were acquired by Fortune 500 companies. He was instrumental, prior to that, in growing a systems integration firm from start-up to more than 500 employees and more than $200 million in annual revenue.
