ELX Electronic Liquidity Exchange, the new fully electronic futures exchange, announced that Realtime Systems Group, a Independent Software Vendor and provider of trading systems, is the first ISV committed to provide connectivity to the new futures exchange, supporting access to the exchange for a wide range of market participants.

    ELX welcomes RTS's capability of providing global institutions with access from the exchange's first day of trading. In combination with eSpeed's electronic trading system, ELX expects that RTS's suite of products will help create liquidity and lower trading costs for market participants. RTS is a pioneer in the design and creation of high performance, functionally rich, multi-asset electronic trading software, with thousands of user connections to more  than 90 exchanges and liquidity pools globally through its deployed trading screens and application programming interfaces.

    RTS offers access through its Realtime Trading Desktop portfolio including RTD Application Programming Interface, RTD front-end trading system, and RTD Tango, its high performance algorithmic trading system. RTS plans to initiate connectivity to the new exchange's futures products when the exchange commences operations this year.

RTS has hardware and software reseller agreements with the suppliers Fujitsu Siemens, IBM, CISCO, SUN Microsystems. RTS offers turnkey solutions to its clients including full system administration and remote support for RTD and 3rd party software such as exchange gateways.
