Seagate announced they will team up with Live Nation bringing the top provider of storage solutions together with the top live music company, as the presenting sponsor for the much-anticipated Download 2008 music festival. Seagate announced that the company is the official digital storage sponsor of the San Francisco Bay Area's Shoreline Amphitheatre and Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre in Denver. Seagate will provide storage lockers at each venue for concertgoers to use while enjoying the show as well as host a "text-to-win" sweepstakes at each show where music fans can enter for a chance to win a Seagate FreeAgent Go portable hard drive.

    Seagate also becomes the official digital storage sponsor at the San Francisco Bay Area's Shoreline Amphitheatre and Denver's Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre through October 2008. Seagate is the presenting sponsor of Download 2008, which in its fourth year, continues its tradition of marrying cutting edge bands with a uniquely interactive fan experience. This year's Download events are being held in San Francisco (Shoreline Amphitheatre, July 19th), Los Angeles (Gibson Theater, July 20th) and Philadelphia (Susquehanna Bank Center, August 2nd).
