A leading provider of talent management software, services and solutions, Plateau Systems, announced that Jeff Kristick, technology industry and marketing veteran, has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Overseeing product, services and field marketing, corporate communications and new media strategy, demand generation, sales enablement, customer outreach and events, Kristick brings significant experience to this role and will be responsible for the company’s worldwide marketing strategy.

Kristick, before joining Plateau, served as the Vice President of Product Marketing for a provider of business process management and integration software, TIBCO Software. Successfully leading his team in designing and executing innovative marketing programs that place TIBCO at the forefront of its industry, Kristick was responsible, in that position, for global product marketing, analyst relations and sales enablement. Previously, Kristick held several product management positions at a leader in CRM software, Siebel Systems, which was acquired by Oracle in 2006.

Kristick earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
