While offering expanded memory and configuration options, the DC7000 functions as a drop-in replacement for the popular ADCT line of data collection terminals.
Including job costing, time and attendance, access control and more, this smarter, more powerful terminal is suitable for a wide range of applications. Software developers, systems integrators and OEMs can resell these terminals in combination with the Acroprint Pendulum™ software or integrated into other software applications.
The DC7000 has been engineered to grow and adapt to customers' evolving needs.
Communication options include encryption-secured Ethernet, RS485 network connection with up to 32 terminals, RS232 serial connection and modem. Including integrated keypad entry or badge reader (barcode, magnetic stripe or proximity), integrated fingerprint biometrics, are some input options offered the DC7000. Terminals can be configured with multiple options to meet the customer's business requirements.
The DC700, secure and reliable, ensures accuracy of data with internal storage of up to 20,000 events and a secured access door to protect I/O ports. These terminals feature an internal lithium battery that can power the real time clock for up to 10 years and can be configured with up to 2 MB of Flash memory.
Each DC7000 terminal comes complete with a hardware installation manual, a power transformer, a wall mounting kit and supervisor and configuration badges. Communications cables, employee badges, signal devices and other accessories are available separately.
