A Greater New York business-driven technology consultancy for Microsoft product solutions, Incremax, is pleased to be awarded Microsoft's New York/New Jersey Area Partner Award in two categories, Excellence in Business Intelligence Application Development Optimization, and Community Citizen Award. Two distinct strengths of Incremax are recognized by the two acknowledgements.
President of Incremax, Kerry Gerontianos, stated: "Developing business intelligence solutions is a core competency for Incremax." He added: "To us it means extracting and driving business value from existing information. We do this in many ways, such as leveraging current technology assets, applying a combination of new technology, organization and process changes, to a company entity to make it work more effectively."
The Community Citizen award is for Incremax, working closely with the non-profit New York Road Runners Foundation (NYRRF), to create a comprehensive and scalable Web 2.0 automation solution that has allowed a program that rewards school children for staying healthy, the Mighty Milers, to grow from 90 schools in New York, San Francisco and Tampa, to schools across the nation, and now abroad. To qualified schools, this program is free of cost and neither NYRRF staff nor school teachers receive payment.
Business Solution Practice Manager for Incremax, Rahul Agrawal, stated: "This is a good news story." He continued: "Working with Cliff Sperber, Executive Director, NYRRF, we could see that this program was very successful and could be expanded but knew that there was no way to administer more students, teachers, schools, distribution of awards without moving from a Microsoft Excel-only solution to a totally automated solution that addressed the many participants throughout the process. With a small and fixed budget, we had to do it all. The easy-to-use web-based data entry to reporting and automated delivery of award system is in place. This is a milestone accomplishment for all involved. I am pleased that Microsoft as a company has acknowledged this accomplishment for both NYRRF and Incremax."
