Video messages and interactive games are now offered to kids and parents by St. Nick at www.simon.com/santa .  Children can now tell Santa Claus their wishes directly online, they don't have to go anywhere so that they can visit him.

Both children and parents are invited by Santa Claus to pay him a visit at his online home each day until Christmas.
Santa's home is full of treats, allowing children and their parents to hear daily messages and play educational, holiday-themed games. In addition kids can even send their wishes to St. Nick (with their parents' permission, of course!) as he prepares his sleigh for the long Christmas ride from his North Pole workshop. They'll even get a message back.

In addition to these treats, the new online destination also features free games, information on how to meet Santa in person at Simon Malls, free coloring sheets, computer wallpaper and screen savers.

The project's organizers said:
"This year we are extending the family holiday experience beyond our Simon Malls with Countdown to Christmas! on Simon Brand Ventures, the business-to-consumer arm of Simon Property Group (NYSE:SPG). Countdown to Christmas' is brimming with entertainment for children with everything from special messages from Santa Claus himself to fun games and other activities that children and their parents can enjoy together."

Sears is the one presenting Simon's Countdown to Christmas online experience, in association with Duracell, ABC Family, and Gymboree.
