The company reinventing the resume for the digital age, VisualCV, Inc., announced that to incorporate the 'Powered by VisualCV' private-label platform into its advertiser offer, washingtonpost.com has signed a deal.

By turning it into a media-rich career and business development tool for individuals and organizations, VisualCV reinvents the resume. By showcasing attributes such as their market positioning, culture and values, the major benefit to organizations is that they can stand out in the battle to attract the best candidates and build a great reputation as an employer.

Clint Heiden, VisualCV, Inc. CEO, declared: "Companies are using their VisualCV to put their brand in front of the best professionals online, and a candidate VisualCV will even replace the first interview in some cases, saving time and resources." He added: "It's also possible to track talented professionals throughout their career and even reach passive candidates using our platform - we have completely revolutionized the way people use the resume online."

Under a Software as a Service (SaaS) relationship that provides a faster route to market with no IT overhead, 'Powered by VisualCV' is available via annual license.

At http://www.VisualCV.com , VisualCV, Inc. continues to offer free VisualCV creation. The VisualCV has already been adopted as the industry standard by the Association of Executive Search Consultants, since its launch in February this year.

Within today's Web 2.0 environment, VisualCV, Inc. has reinvented the resume to make it more relevant for networking, business development and career progression. VisualCV, Inc. provides technology and support for the VisualCV, the VisualCV.com community and "Powered by VisualCV" private-label platform. The company, headquartered in Reston, Virginia, has received investments from one of the world's leading executive search firms, Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII), and Valhalla Partners.
